Participation requirements
- Retrofit applications only. New construction/renovation (remodel) projects are not eligible for this offering but may be submitted through our standard program.
- Participation is open to PPL Electric business customers of any size. Customers on a residential rate code are not eligible. Agricultural businesses served by a residential meter may also be eligible. Please contact us to confirm eligibility.
- Contractors or customers may purchase specific, pre-qualified products from participating distributors at a discounted incentive price.
- No incentive application is required. At the time of purchase, provide the customer’s PPL Electric account number, installation business name, installation physical address, contact name and phone number.
- Equipment must be installed within 90 days of the point of purchase. Stockpiling of equipment is not permitted and all products must be installed to receive the incentive.
- Pre-approval is required for lighting projects with total incentives exceeding $20,000. Pre-approval is not required for exterior lighting projects greater than $20,000.
- Incentives are not available for the replacement of existing LED equipment.
