Direct Discount Customer Agreement
The Direct Discount Customer Agreement is required for all application submissions. It must be signed by both the PPL Electric business customer and the contractor to confirm acceptance of program terms. The agreement requires signatures before and after installation.
Using the link below, contractors can send the agreement to the customer for electronic pre‑signatures. Once both parties have completed pre‑signatures, upload a copy of the agreement with pre‑signatures as part of the project application. A copy of the signed document will be provided by DocuSign via email.
After pre‑approval, the agreement will be returned for post installation signatures from both the customer and the contractor.
